My complaint:

Awful experience, the manager on duty Amiyah, was an awful excuse for a manager. She was very rude, aggressive, and did not want to help me as a paying customer. The order was not made correctly, she was very rude and seemed upset because I asked her to remake my order due to the employees making a mistake on their end. She did not have the right mentality when dealing with a customer. She should not be allowed to speak to paying customers in that manner

Suggested solution:

The manager should be let go, she is not fit for this environment, she used fowl language, and I feel was racist.
