Bojangles complaint: Extremely Rude Staff Behavior

My complaint:

Today, Wednesday,, January 26, 2022, at approximately 10:30 AM, I went to this Bojangles and ordered two Cajun Biscuits. I specifically told the person that took my order that I wanted my biscuits DONE and I wanted to see them before I paid for them. Apparently, she had some sort of problem with this and went back into the kitchen and whispered something to whom I can only assume was the manager. This manager then comes to the window and rudely informed me that I would have to pay first, then if the biscuits weren’t to my satisfaction, she would do them over. However, when I got the biscuits and saw that they were indeed NOT DONE, instead of doing them over like she SAID she would do, she began arguing with me that the biscuits WERE done and refused to do them over. She then asked me if I wanted my money back, to which I said yes.

Suggested solution:

This rude individual should be FIRED because she has ZERO people skills.
