My complaint:
ongoing and on 8-23-22 aa adult shift manager that continues to utilize profanity when communicating with employees especially those 16 and 17 years of age. To those that take their jobs seriously this type of behavior is threating and harassing.as well as a form of mistreatment. Everyone should be treated with respect in the workplace as this is a reflection on Bojangles’ establishment. Reportedly, this particular manager is new to the position and may require additional training (in Communicating and respecting others appropriately) or may have the training but chooses not to use it This form of behavior mentioned should not be tolerated in any business workplace.
Suggested solution:
Once someone from the Corporate Office investigates this occurrence; a corrective action plan should be put into place (if already in place should followed and disciplinary action must be issued) to make sure that all shift managers and others do not exhibit any behavior of talking down to employees andor others in the workplace of Bojangles. Everyone must feel safe in any workplace and not threatened by their supervisors andor shift managers.THX
