My complaint:
Hello my name is Ahmad Daghlan. I’m so frustrated with BMOs fraud department. They froze my account a week ago and when I call in they don’t even give me a good reason why and she was very rude to me. And super short. And I’ve called 3 times and it was the same agent everything. My girl wallet and phone was stolen and she finally got her settlement check and I share my account with deposited her check into my account and they froze it. There is no fraud being done on my account. This is so frustrating. Can you please help me unfreeze my account? My girl can verify herself and all the information needed.
