My complaint:

Have been on phone in three separate occasions totaling 5 hours and have submitted requests through website. NO ONE NO ONE NO ONE that I’ve spoken to has been able to help exceot fir I’m sorry and transferring me.

Suggested solution:

Be more available to their members by providing an email address or an opportunity to leave a call back number as most companies do. In lieu if letting their members remain holding for hours.
