My complaint:

In 2021, I contacted Blue Cross Blue Shield for Free Medical. My agent was Mr. Larry Hamilton, Texas License 1594814, Exp. 7-31-2024. At the time i applied my income was $9.00 pr hr at 35 hrs per week. I left that job for another making $11.00 per hr at 40 hrs pr week. I contacted my agent , Mr. Hamilton to update for the 12-19-2021 change iin income, etc.and i was stated that I would be okay until open enrollment began 1-2022. At open enrollment I was at $12.25 per hr and 40 hrs pr wk.
I was eligible still for free medical coverage but with changes, so i received the packet and my insurance card. How ever, I received a 1095 to file with my taxes for the year of 2022 and I have to pay in $958.00 to the IRS, that information was never stated in the conversation, documents received from Blue Cross Blue Shield or Mr. Hamilton. I also tried to contact Mr. Hamilton prior to this devastation of owing to inform him of my new job and rate of pay but was not succesful. I was not given any information that I would owe taxes.

Suggested solution:

By reimbursement of the money that i have had to pay out for non coverage for medical expenses. Also, I need to be contacted at: Amber Hyden
