My complaint:
I ordered 2 sets of luxury towels. One of the bath towels came out of the box TORN ALONG ONE SIDE. I have tried repeatedly to reach their customer service but no one ever answers. I have waited as long as 20 minutes on the phone before giving up. I want a REFUND of the $68 I paid for this bath towel.
Suggested solution:
I want the $68 I paid to Bloomingdales for this towel refunded to my credit card account.
