My complaint:

oer few month i been use it for a long time until they stop me use deposit because they want me proof of my ID and address etc
then i send them everything proof and they reply say declined
i check my dte of birth is correct and driving lience date is run out on 2027
address and dob both is correct and still declined me bec before they lost my 50pound when i was live chat on blockchain but now there no live chat and now use sumbit ticket email so i send them so many time and reply same story then i send them new email to make formal comlpain abt my money missing and they reply say delcined my ID again whc i didnt ask for it so i guess all message is auto message reply all the time and i think there no staff check.

Suggested solution:

they should return my money 50 pound they missing and let me in to verify my ID update then i can carry on use blockchain bec i need it
