My complaint:
I did a swap since on the 1st of November. Swap is pending and I also transferred my money from trading wallet to private wallet since on the 14th. It still not ed. I talked to the support, submitted all documents but they haven’t gotten back to me since for two weeks. My house rent is due.
Suggested solution:
They should my transaction.
