My complaint:
Hello team by 9th of March 2022 I did the transfer BTC to blockchain wallet, after doing the verification once they verified the wallet then my wife made a transfer to the wallet from her coindcx account but once we did the transfer blockchain wallet received the btc but when we are transferring back to the same account from where we made the transfer they put the hold on the account for the verification but after some time they saying there is a discrepancy in the wallet my point is if there is a discrepancy then why at the 1st place they received my BTC in the wallet and still my money was on hold.
Suggested solution:
Just send my money back from the same account from where we send the BTC to the blockchain wallet.
