My complaint:
I live in Belgium. Were i used my blockchain account without any problems. In the beginning of this year I was on vacation in Spain. I deposited some money from my bank account (while in spain) without problems via the webbrowser on my laptop which I had with me. Then I decided to install the mobile app. Logged in from that app and since then I’ve got nothing but trouble. I can deposit money but I cannot withdraw. Suddenly my account is barred from withdrawing. Whenever I contact support they ALWAYS say that the team is looking into it and they will contact me. This is been going since end of March early April 2022. I’ve don numerous verifications, sended my ID-card, photo’s, bankstatements all to avail!

They shouldn't have blocked my account in the first place
