My complaint:
When I first started I had a wallet ID after several weeks I got seven or eight different wallets because you kept asking me to log in and verify my account my wallet I know the number to the wallet not all my money’s in I try to get it out but it doesn’t work now you’re telling me to go to a bank and get it transferred I didn’t I don’t have a bank I have a debit card I’m autistic and disabled I do not understand and I do not have the social capability of going inside a physical bank and asking them how to do this because it is too stressful for me
Suggested solution:
You should give me back my $200 into my debit card and you should give me $2990 because that\'s how the highest it reached it went down to 150 up to 290 you should triple that to 900 because that\'s what this is going to make you do I\'ve already closed my debit card because I don\'t want to answer you taking more my money your company that is greedy and has no customer service ability to help your customer you have no telephone you do not communicate one on one you have no supervisors you train a staff that only tells you what to do and then when you say I cannot do it cuz I don\'t understand it they repeat it or they just stop answering
