My complaint:

I was trying to send funds from a trading account to a private wallet for around $10,774.
I received notification that I would need to verify my identity due to limits .
I submitted identity verification on Thurs Dec 15..
I received notification that it was under review and had been submitted successfully.
I have to this date Dec 23 no response or correspondence or update whatsoever regarding the status.
I have left multiple messages via voicemail and email with no response.
I feel this is unacceptable customer service for a process that is said to have a 24 hour turn around time.
I don’t know what to do. It is very important and necessary for this transaction to happen as soon as possible as I have already waited over a week at this time.
Please advise and provide any assistance possible as my attempts to reach them have proved unsuccessful.
