My complaint:
I opened an account back in September 2018. I received a new phone in 2020. I have been trying all this time to get back into my account. I’ve tried customer service and tried calling. All phone numbers are disconnected and I have money floating out there, and I have no way to retrieve it because no one will get back with me. Very disappointed.
Suggested solution:
I would like someone to contact me on my phone, not email and talk to me about this situation.
