Bittrex complaint: Refusing to reactivate my account

My complaint:

Since May 5th I have emailed Brittex support team 6 separate times requesting instructions on how to reactivate my account. As of this writing I have not received an answer on reactivation my account to access MY money. Bittrex has completely ignored all of my requests to reactivate my account. Since May 5th I have lost nearly $3K in profits from their failure to respond to allow me to withdraw my money.
There have been numerous complaints against Bittrex regarding the exact same issue. My next step is to contact the FTC and file a formal complaint. I would strongly suggest that any individual having the same problem file a formal complaint against this unscrupulous firm. If enough complaints are filed then maybe myself and others may be able to recoup their funds. Their actions are nothing short of out and out fraud.

Suggested solution:

Reactivate my account so that I may withdraw my funds and close my account.

I also complained to the SEC and the BBB. I plan to file in court next week.
