My complaint:
Several months ago when Bitcoin reached $42,000 I sold my Bitcoin on my Bittrex account and requested that those funds be wired to my bank account.
Bittrex advised me that were atempting to whitelist my bank!
( I don’t know what that means, it’s Wells Fargo)
Meantime I lost my telephone as well as my Bittrex password.
I have been trying for months to get them to help me with both of these issues, I emailed them and requested an appointment to help with these issues then took two weeks off of work and drove to there new headquarters in Seattle and they refused to see me or even speak with me.
I contacted a lawyer however, suing is last resort.
Suggested solution:
Reset my password,
Deposit my cash into my bank account.
