On 20210505 22:29:09 I’ve withdrew 2000 XYM (NEM) coins from Bittrex platform. Everything was ok, transfer authorized, but the coin didn’t arrive into my wallet. Tx id generated but not visible on blockchain. Opened a ticked on Bittrex, someone from their side replied saying it was an orphan block and I will be manually refunded. Almost 2 months now later and nothing happened, nobody is answering to my ticket, no updates.
