My complaint:
I tried to open my account and I could not. I contacted Bittrex and they said they could not located my account. I have a letter from Bittrex dated August 19, 2017 at 3:33 PM that I had successfully logged into my account.
Then Bittrex asked me to furnish 3 photos with my drivers license and the cryptos that I had purchased along with the number of coins for each and their estimated value. I furnished that information. There communication to me was that they could not locate my file. I thought it strange that Bittrex having the reputation of being a safe and sound crypto company would simply tell me that they could not find my file and then shut the door on their search. My grandson, which is heavy into cryptos, said that he could not believe it and asked me to file a complaint.
Suggested solution:
I have never changed my password. I gave you my old email address and my new email address. I have my secret key password. I have everything that was told that I would need to open my account. And now I am told that you can\'t find my account. Please have someone help me in this regard and I very much thank you for doing so.
