My complaint:
I had stopped payment on a withdrawal and they disabled my account without any explanation. I finally figured out that I had to pay that money back (no customer service there is worth a nickel ) and once I did they took it but won’t allow me to withdraw my money. Now they said they never got the money when they did. I sued them in court and withdrew the lawsuit when they turned my account enabled. Now I can’t withdraw.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to close the account
