My complaint:
On August 31st, 2021 I made a $995 purchase of USDT on the Bittrex mobile app with my debit card.
I proceeded to swap that USDT for EOS and made several withdrawals.
None of the withdrawals went through, and after contacting Bittrex support, I was informed that there was an issue with the Bittrex EOS wallet, and it was now under maintenance.
I was told I would be credited the missing EOS soon, but was not given a date as to when.
It has been 10 days now, and Bittrex has stopped responding to support tickets, and the funds are still missing from my account.
The asset (EOS) that I bought and am still missing, appreciated over 25% in value since Bittrex lost or began withdhelding it.
I recorded video evidence of the event, and have provided all necessary proof.
Bittrex has admitted fault but won’t give a time or date for when they plan on crediting back my account.
I would like to know a timeframe for when Bittrex plans on returning my lost funds, and also whether Bittrex plans on crediting back my assets at a lower price than my purchase, and if so, will I be credited for loss profit?

I would like to be credited my funds at the price of $6.400eos, since they reached past that price during the time which Bittrex withheld it from me.
