Bitstarz has been mostly my sole 1 casino for about 2 years now and I really thought that this casino was way more honest than other online casinos. Knowing what I know now I’m not so sure because I am extremely dissapointed, upset, angry, and just quite frankly dumbfounded by they’re actions on 01072022. I am way more than just a little bit heated, not just by the severity of the situation but also at the shear narcissistical arrogance of the operators responses after I was denied my 0.06 BTC withdrawal request after winning from my Friday loyalty bonus which I deserved. Please see this as constructive criticism and a way to right this obvious wrong and not as an attack on your casino I’d like to explain my point of view:
For over a year plus I’ve played daily losing thousands week after week. I am a very loyal high wager that receives a loyalty bonus every Friday. This bonus has allowed me to cashout several times ranging from several hundred to several thousand $$ in BTC. Ive always been able to withdraw the money without any problem. This bonus is not official and the rules are not communicated in any form until this incident happened when 2 different operators try to tell me 2 conflicting amounts 0.00214 and 0.00237 BTC and saying it was a no deposit bonus while literally the Friday loyalty bonus amount is based on your weekly deposits less any cashouts you may have had. I was completely flabbergasted at the continuous and repeated statements from the operators saying it was a no deposit bonus. Bitstarz has created a precedence and an expectation in the past by paying these bonusses in full after x40 wagering requirements which were easily met by having no certain rules on this bonus. It very well seems like they decide on the spot how much they would like to pay out. I had 0.07 BTC in my account and tried to cashout 0.06 BTC only to find out they’ve taken every dime and left only 0.007 BTC in my account. I did play the 0.007 BTC down after operators accused me of having a gambling problem and then later closing my account because I was extremely upset and did use some words I would only consider “sentence enhancers” to get the point across of how upset I was. It was wrong to say the least and as I have stated to Bitstarz this is wrong on so many levels it’s beyond ridiculous. My point is that there are no set rules for this bonus. You get it but you cannot be sure what you’ll get if anything and this is very unprofessional to begin with and what do they expect from players when they get pissed off while playing with people’s emotions like that. It’s just wrong on so many levels. Gambling authorities require casinos to be clear and to the point with rules. We cannot be left in the dark like this. You have confiscated 0.063 BTC that I won with a loyalty bonus that I most definitely earned from being a loyal customer. No person should be wondering about their money andor whether they will get something or not all while being slandered and ridiculed as well. Please review your decision not only to pay me what you honestly owe me but to re-open my account considering I was also 92% of finishing my level 14 on the level up bonus of 150 Euro.
