My complaint:

Somebody used my card and details to set up an account, I live in the UK which your site is supposed to be blocked from and 1300 pound was removed from my account, the account was never flagged for depositing that much in one sitting and when I flagged this with your support team there response was people deposit large amounts all the time this is a casino which was a pretty rude response. You are supposed to flag accounts that appear to have an issue which did not happen which is a breach of responsible gambling and also your site is meant to be blocked from Northern Ireland

Suggested solution:

I would like all deposits returned to my account otherwise I will report this to the gambling commission using my legal representation.
