My complaint:
I won on my first deposit of 0.00600000 btc. The casino matched me and I had .012btc. I got through their advertised 40X playthrough requirement and still had balance of .045 after meeting all the advertised requirements to cash out. I tried to cash out 0.045 btc and they denied my cash out request and returned my original deposit amount, which was .006, removing all of the winnings from my account completely after having played for several days. I deposited .006btc on my own, they matched my deposit… so half of what I won was won on the half I put in…why would they take everything I had won after meeting all their requirements if they only contributed 50% of the balance in the beginning?
Their reason for not cashing me out was because I placed a higher than allowed bet during my play. Something they didn’t advertise as a condition like they advertised the 40x play through. Then the support told me I was lucky to have gotten my .006btc back.
Suggested solution:
Half of my intended cash out back, at least. Because I put up half of the balance starting out and I met all required play through.
