I have done 3 withdrawal requests 3950.00cad$, 3960.00cad$, 2410.00cad$, in ltc, i choose ltc because the deposit i used was flexepin but i cannot withdraw with flexepin, but i have already done some deposit in LTC too.
Bitstarz reject my 3 withdrawal requests and refund account during my big gameplay, the money mixed with my balance at 3:52 without warning and i replayed it per error. Couple of hour after that i see my email that my 3 withdraw have been cancelled by Bitstarz. After that i explain it to the live chat support.
Its tricky and unfair. I loose my total withdrawal of 10 320.00cad$
