My complaint:
I have wanted to transfer my funds since April 16 2022 at which time bitstamp has locked my account. I have gone through 2 step verification, multiple audio and zoom video calls and sent numerous emails since that date to resolve this problem with only the response from bitstamp is their standard email they are looking into it and will get back to me. This is unacceptable to me now. It is June and no attempt of them contacting me or resolving the problem.
Suggested solution:
All they need to do is release the hold they have on my account so that I can access my funds to withdraw them to my bank.
