Bitstamp complaint: Froze Funds and wont unfreeze it

My complaint:

Bitstamp has frozen my funds and they are not unfreezing it. It has been more than 2 months since i am following up. They wont give a deadline , by when my funds will be unfreezed by.

Suggested solution:

By unfreezing my funds.
