My complaint:
On June 29. 2022, I deposited $15,000 into the Bitcoin atm at the above location.
The next day I was notified they could not process my transaction and accused me of being a scam. I totally resent that accusation!
Finally after arguing with a lady on the phone, I demanded a refund. She hung up on me. I was finally able to contact CashApp and they returned $10,000 of my original $15,000 and said the remaining will be send in a week. That occurred on July 19, 2022. I have been calling all phone numbers I could located to try and have the remaining $5,000 refunded to me and have yet to have that happen. I am totally frustrated after having been told the matter was being researched and I will receive my refund soon.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $5,000 immediately.
