BIOVEA complaint: Deceiving lead time of a specific product

My complaint:

It has been two times already that I have to wait for a product for more than a month while the advertised lead time is 6-8 working days (it is stated that the product is ‘on stock’). See also attached. I’m already waiting for almost one month for a new order.
And the last time I had to pay unannounced customs costs! These costs were mentioned nowhere on the product site.
Really bad quality.

Suggested solution:

- To honestly state that the lead time of the specific product is longer than one month
- To state all costs involved
