My complaint:
I made an online order of 2 items with Biovea UK early in July. Funds were debited from my account and goods shipped on 107, however I am still waiting for delivery nearly 5 weeks later and tracking information provided with UPS and Roylmail only s that it was scanned as leaving the US on 207 en route to Switzerland. That is as far as I can get. Their customer service is abhorrent and appalling to say the least with very insulting and automated responses.. I can’t reach them via phone or any social media channel as all of this has been disabled. I am pushing for a refund, but again, no response.
Suggested solution:
They need to investigate exactly WHERE my item is, offer a delivery date range and full refund.
