My complaint:

My order should have arrived between the 21st and the 27th of July…on the 28th arrived to Hungary and since then it is held in customs. I am sorry I didn’t read more about them. For sure I would have never order from them.

Suggested solution:

Or do something about my order, give proper information about it, but after so long now I want a refund.
