My complaint:

I made a withdrwal of 1000AUD from my binance account to my bank account on 19421. Normally the withdrwal is very instant beacuse they use osko payid transfer but this time its been now amlost 48 hrs but still i havent recieved my money. When i contacted binance customer team they are acting like a robot and not solving my problem. Every time when i contact them i send them 1000 messages and they just reply with one message that your case is transferred to relevant team and they will reply you back in 4-6 hrs. Its now more than 48hrs but i didnt receiv my money. I need that money to support my family but binance has no platform of lodging complain properly on this issue and once you chat with them their behaviour is so unprofessional and lazy.
