My complaint:
I have been trying for 6-weeks to get my money back. They are closing my account because I am in the US. THey say I can withdraw, but every time I log in, it says to verify my account. Which is verified, but I can’t re-verify because USA is not in download. I used VPN on occasion for work so that may have thrown things off. But no one will answer and let this go through. They said I will get a code, but there is no code.
Suggested solution:
Refund and allow me to withdraw my money.
