My complaint:
I have a Binance account that I’ve not accessed in a few years. When I try to login it requires me to provide a Google Authenticator pin. However, I no longer have google authenticator. I’m able to verify the pin sent to my email but Binance requires verifying my account through facial recognition. No matter how many times I take a selfie on my phone or laptop the facial recognition does not recognize me and I’m unable to log in. I’ve contacted binance support about this issue multiple times but they never respond to my requests nor do they provide me a ticket number for my request. At this time I’m looking to go to my local authorities about Binances theft of my funds.
Suggested solution:
They should grant me access to my account via verification from my email or even my government ID card .
