My complaint:
I mistakenly transferred the USDT into Bitcoin Wallet. I let other people from a different country to access my account so that they can help me. Then, my account is under a risk control. I have been trying to get their help to solve my issue through chat live customer service for at least 3-4 times. I got no further instruction towards my solution… The customer service said they would issue the ticket and people in a different part would help me within 48 hours. However, 5 days afterward I got an automate email that really not help me at all. It has been a problem for at least 2 weeks now. I cannot sell and also cannot withdraw crypto from my account.
Suggested solution:
They can just release my account off the risk control.
