My complaint:
Withdrawals have been temporarily disabled due to risk control
First Binance told me it’s a security issue and they requested for very personal information for security purposes.
I followed the security steps, sending videos and device information to Binance CS to later then receive a response stating it is not a security matter and I will have to wait for a relevant team.
I have been kept waiting for months!!
