My complaint:
Unable to verify as the account holder with Binance as the company rejects the drivers licence and was unable to upload it despite being within the prescribed size file limits. Finally submitted a complaint only for it to be files as a suggestion. We want to invest in Crypto but if I am unable to withdraw I have no confidence in Binance not least for their lack of service but the inability to contact a help desk. Absolutely hopeless customer service.
Suggested solution:
After so many attempts to verify and withdraw (in my case about 20 times) you think that an alarm would be generated and would then be attended by a man or woman. It is up to them to respond by way of human contact and allow us to withdraw our money.
