My complaint:
I have been having issues with Binance keep refusing my source of wealth declaration, despite providing evidence that I received a pension lump sum which far exceeds what I have spent on crypto. They keep asking for ever more intrusive details, which I do not believe they have a right to ask or know. I am concerned they are setting up to scam me out of my thousands of pounds of crypto! Also, not having access to my account means I have no control if I need to sell due to a market crash, or purchase in case of a rise, as well as not being able to stake my crypto, or transfer in or out of my account.
Suggested solution:
Accept that my funds are legitimately obtained and reinstate my account privileges.
