My complaint:

I was buying USDT from p2p market. i paid the amount and binance had problems with their network. i received a notifications that they are having problems and the funds will be on my account with delay.

the next morning they had overfunded my account, i had some trades open and thought the money came from the trades.

after that they had sent an email that my account was overfunded and i need to return the money, which i hadn’t read because it was on a weekend.

when i logged in my account i couldnt transfer funds and asked the support what the problem was, they had suspended my account because i didnt return the money.

I suggested they take the amount from my wallet and let me trade but didnt get any answer.

Its been 2 months now and i still dont have any answer from binance.
i asked them to free my account so i can give them the money back and no answer. The thing that makes my angry is that it is their mistake, i didnt steal the money of cheat for it, they made a mistake and i have to pay for it?!
i then again wrote to them asking to take the amount from my spot wallet but still no answer.

Suggested solution:

2 options:

1. they free my account i deposit the funds and they take the overfunded amount.

2. They can take the amount from my spot wallet and then free my account.

it doesn't matter to me which option they choose, i just want to trade freely. i have lost more during the suspension period of my account than the overfunded ammount they put in my wallet
