My complaint:
I have been locked out of my account, they keep asking for me to verify this with my photo ID from my passport, as its a new passport theres a holagram over the whole page so when you taek a copy of the image the holigram reflects, i have taken many pictures in different light and areas to find nothing stopping the holigram reflect, i have asked for ideas or to change to my drivers licence, but they keep ignoring my questions and just ask me to send a clear picture of my origanal document, which is my passport. I have sent 8 attempts and they have failed them all, this wont get resolved if they dont tell me what to do.
Suggested solution:
Answer my questions on how to resolve this or change to my drivers licence for proof, as i have already suggested.
