My complaint:
On Sunday 1st August I fell victim of phishing and there seems to have been money withdrawal from my account to your company in four transactions of a total of 771 Euros. I did not purchase anything from your company and it is clearly a case of financial fraud. I have already contacted the Piraeus Bank and the Cyber Crime Division of the police. My lawyer advised me to inform you about it and ask for a cancellation of the transaction since it has not been completed yet.
Suggested solution:
Please proceed to the immediate cancellation of the transaction.
