I’ve been trying to contact you through the chat feature but could not reach anyone. I have to withdraw my AUD but cannot since it says PayID is only for Australian residents. I have used my Australian card and had verified it by uploading all the necessary documents. Kindly help me get this figured out so I can continue withdrawing and depositing.
