My complaint:
My drivers license was accepted and I needed to send a bank statement so I did that as well and its been pending for 3 and a half weeks. I can’t deposit or withdraw any of my money. I submitted another form to them when I found if you haven’t been verified in 2 weeks, submit another form and still currently pending.
Suggested solution:
Verifying my account. Everything matches up to what it should.
