My complaint:

On 10.05.2021 I locked my account because I thought I had done a wrong transaction. When locking the account I was notified that it would take up to two days to reactivate my account. I submitted all the necessary documents sucha s photo of ID and face photo to complete the reactivation process. Its been five days and Binance hasn’t done anything to unlock my account. For five days I am not able to get into my account and do any kind of transactions. Especially when crypto is fluctuating so fast these days after Elon Musk’s tweet about bitcoin and fossil feus. I’m losing a lot of money because binance is not doing its job and reactivating my account. Moreover, ıts not sending me any emails or SMs in regards to this process. I don’t know when I will be able to get into my account or whether I ever will be. This is not acceptable and professional.

Suggested solution:

Binance needs to complete the reactivation process as soon as possible and not leave this in a state of limbo
