My complaint:
I am being rejected any time i tried to login into my account by which i keep receiving message that my account has been already verified of which i knew it was not. i keep trying to resolve the issue in the support but to no vail. also i was told i need to check my mail so i can use binance welcome message to resolve the issues but i still dont have that mail in my inbox.
Suggested solution:
Base on my account verification process.
