My complaint:
I hold an account on Binance and I am having trouble with the ID verification.
My passport and my live verification were verified while my personal information ( name and address) were not verified, even though the same info are written on the passport
which was verified.
I am only eligible to deposit 300 USD ( lifetime deposit) while What I want is simply to deposit at the 5000 USD range ( acceptable when my account is verified ).
Suggested solution:
Let me deposit more than 300 USD
