My complaint:
On 11th May 2021, I have deposited 3639.21 USDT from my Hitbtc account – transaction: e1c8dc10-30f2-471f-8c82-18a75e4c0f89
to my Binance wallet: 14X1YHLUUHxBLyUgmaTNKU387BsQsJiKEX.
Unfortunately, that address is my Binance bitcoin address and not my Binance USDT address.
My correct Binance USDT address is: 0xb663cf805bce62eb462941ea9a70ddb610f02e92
I have wrote 2 messages to Binance support, they gave me a ticket number but never replied. I don’t know how to recover my money.
Suggested solution:
Find the money deposited to the wrong address and put it in the right address. At least, they should reply.
