My complaint:
So I made few deposits to purchase bitcoin and after doing so found out I had to wait 10 business days to withdraw my money. That made me angry but I had no choice. So 10 days pass and I attempted again and then I get a message popping up saying withdraws are disabled due to risk management. What the hell so I contact customer support over 1000 times left messages all day everyday for days now and still no reply and now says everything is handled over email. Well it’s all a total scam they are stealing hundreds of dollars from me and now my entire account is disabled . I can’t just lose 500 bucks like that . They robbed me.
Suggested solution:
I just want to cash the 400-500 bucks I had in my account on to a debit card or sent back to my bank.
