My complaint:
I have 1000 pounds in my binance account and I am not able to withdraw back to my bank account or even convert it to crypto currency.
I have contacted customer service many times, they are not helpful at all. A Lot if canned replies and that’s it and I really had enough.
Suggested solution:
Get my cash back to my bank account or convert it to crypto currency.
