Binance complaint: They don’t let me withdraw my money.

My complaint:

I opened Binance account with the help of my friend in 2018 because I didnt know enough technology. He helped me open an account and fund. When Binance was closing in USA, I didn’t know because I was sick. After I found they closed, I tried to withdraw my money.

I can log in with password, provided my email address and screenshot of emails about IP address from Binance, phone number and a video statement with my ID. They sent verification code and verified through text and email. These should be more than enough proof thst I am the owner of the account. But they request my deposit date, amount and external account information which I forgot and they refuse to release my money.

I had Bittrex and have Coinbase and I never had problems to withdraw or transfer cryptocurrencies with my email and password and verification code. I also never had problems with any banks for verification. Binance is requiring beyond reasonable proofs to make it impossible for customers to provide especially those who are not tech savvy or have amazing memory.

It feels like Binance is trying to make it too difficult and impossible for customers to comply with their requirements so that custimers give up and Binance keep their money. Surely it is not for the sake of safety or security of customers because their verification was more than enough. I spent so much time and energy to do what they ask for without going anywhere two times.

Please help me get my money back and make Binance stop such wrong practice.
