My complaint:

Hello there, I forgot my password and tried to reset it by clicking forgot password but I am not getting any messages to my mobile number to reset my password. I have chosen the voice call authorization still not working. I have rebooted my phone severally but still same issue.

Suggested solution:

My binance account was open with my mobile number and not email so when I am locked out I can only reset my password via sms code which I am not receiving. What could be the reason I am not receiving the reset passcode?
